Ingredients

  • Lait
    60 ml (¼ cup) milk
  • Gélatine sans saveur
    1 packet (7 g) unflavoured gelatin
  • Chapelure de biscuits de type Graham
    250 ml (1 cup) graham crumbs
  • Fromage à la crème
    1 container (250 g) cream cheese
  • Yogourt nature
    250 ml (1 cup) vanilla yogurt (0%)

Also needed

  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) melted butter
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) sugar

Optional

  • Chocolate shavings, to taste

Preparation

  1. Pour the milk in a bowl and sprinkle with gelatin. Let bloom for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix the graham crumbs with the melted butter.
  3. Place baking cups in a muffin tin. Distribute the baking crumbs into the cups and press to form a crust.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and sugar in the food processor.
  5. Heat the gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds and then pour into the food processor, mixing with the other ingredients.
  6. Distribute the mix into the cups.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Decorate with chocolate shavings, if desired.
