Strawberry Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • Sucre
  • Beurre
  • Farine
  • Lait
  • Fraise

Also needed

  • 2 eggs
  • 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) of vanilla
  • 10 ml (2 tsp) of baking powder

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with 250 ml (1 cup) sugar and the vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the butter.
  3. In another bowl, mix 430 ml (1¾ cups) flour with the baking powder. Add to the first bowl, alternating with the milk.
  4. Mix the strawberries with the rest of the sugar and flour.
  5. Grease 8 ramekins. Divide the strawberries into the ramekins, and then pour the batter over the strawberries.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
