Swiss Roll Cups With Berries

  • Roulé suisse à la confiture de framboises
    4 rolls (48 g each) of Raspberry jelly swiss rolls
  • Pouding à la vanille
    4 containers (99 g each) of Vanilla pudding
  • Bleuets
    250 ml (1 cup) of Blueberries
  • Framboises
    250 ml (1 cup) of Raspberries
  • Coulis de framboises
    125 ml (1/2 cup) Raspberry coulis


  1. Cut each of the rolls into 4 slices.
  2. Place about 30 ml (2 tbsp) of vanilla pudding in the bottom of each cup. Add 4 roll slices to each cup and press them against the sides. In the centre of the roll slices, add a little pudding and distribute about a third of the fruit into the cups.
  3. Pour the rest of the pudding into the cups and then add the rest of the fruit. Refrigerate.
  4. Drizzle the coulis into the cups before serving.

Side dish idea:

Caramel decorations

Heat 60 ml (1/4 cup) of water with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar in a pot over medium heat, until the caramel becomes amber in color. Remove from heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip a fork into the caramel and shake it over the dish to form decorative lines with the caramel. Let cool.
