Caesar Chicken

Ingredients

  • Farfalles
  • Poitrine de poulet
  • Tranches de bacon cuit
  • Vinaigrette César
  • Parmesan râpé

Also needed

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) canola oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) milk

Optional

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain.
  2. While the pasta cooks, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the bacon and onion. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the sauce, parmesan and milk. Bring to a boil. Cook over medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve with the pasta and sprinkle with parsley, if desired.
