Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Hauts de cuisses de poulet
  • Mélange de légumes surgelés de type asiatique
  • Riz blanc
  • Sauce soya
  • Sauce douce aux piments et mangue

Preparation

  1. Heat a little olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add the vegetables and continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes, until the chicken is no longer pink in the centre.
  3. Add the rice and continue cooking for 2 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add the soy sauce and the sweet chili mango sauce. Season with salt and pepper, and stir well.
