1 pouch (30 g) El-Ma-Mia Expressto! meat seasoning
375 ml (1 1/2 cup) mild salsa
1 liter (4 cups) rotelle pasta
450 g (1 lb) lean ground beef
1 green bell pepper, diced
- 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) Olive oil
- In a pot, cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Drain.
- Use the same pot to heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the beef and the onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the seasoning, the salsa and the bell pepper.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add the pasta.
