  • Salsa douce
    410 ml (1⅔ cups) mild salsa
  • Maïs en grains
    250 ml (1 cup) corn kernels
  • Mini-poivron
    8 mini bell peppers, various colours, cut in half
  • Côtelettes de porc
    8 boneless pork chops
  • Coriandre fraîche
    30 ml (2 tbsp) cilantro leaves

Also needed

  • 1 onion, diced


  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded and sliced into rounds



  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the salsa with the onion and corn.
  3. Place the mini peppers and pork chops in a high-sided baking dish lined with parchment paper. Pour the sauce onto the meat and mini peppers. Sprinkle with jalapeno, if desired.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle with cilantro leaves.
