BLT Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Fusillis
    1 l (4 cups) fusilli pasta
  • Mayonnaise
    125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise
  • Poulet cuit
    500 ml (2 cups) chicken, cooked and diced
  • Tomate
    3 tomatoes, diced
  • Bacon
    8 bacon slices, cooked and diced

Also needed

  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) red wine vinegar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) basil, chopped

Optional

  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) romaine lettuce, shredded

Étapes

  1. Cook the pasta al dente in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a salad bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar and basil.
  3. Add the pasta, chicken, tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce, if desired, to the salad bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
