Ingredients

  • Oeuf
  • Lait
  • Cassonade
  • Sucre
  • Pain naan

Also needed

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) of cinnamon
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) of butter

Steps

  1. Whisk the eggs together with the milk in a deep plate.
  2. Mix the brown sugar, the sugar and the cinnamon in another deep plate.
  3. Dip both sides of each mini naan in the egg mixture and then the cinnamon mixture.
  4. Melt 15 ml (1 tbsp) of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook half of the naan bread for 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with the rest of the butter and naan. Serve immediately.
