One-Pot Chicken Farfalle

Ingredients

  • Farfalles
    1 l (4 cups) Farfalle pasta (bow-ties)
  • Bouillon de poulet
    625 ml (2½ cups) chicken stock
  • Poulet cuit
    375 ml (1½ cups) cooked chicken, diced
  • Sauce marinara
    300 ml (about 1¼ cups) marinara sauce
  • Parmesan râpé
    60 ml (¼ cup) parmesan, grated

Also needed

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) minced garlic

Optional

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  1. Place the pasta in a large pot, add the chicken stock, chicken, marinara sauce, parmesan, onion, garlic, and parsley, if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Cover and let simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through and adding more chicken stock as needed, until the pasta is cooked al dente.
