One-Pot Chicken Farfalle

1 l (4 cups) Farfalle pasta (bow-ties)
625 ml (2½ cups) chicken stock
375 ml (1½ cups) cooked chicken, diced
300 ml (about 1¼ cups) marinara sauce
60 ml (¼ cup) parmesan, grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) minced garlic
- 60 ml (¼ cup) fresh parsley, chopped
- Place the pasta in a large pot, add the chicken stock, chicken, marinara sauce, parmesan, onion, garlic, and parsley, if desired. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Cover and let simmer over medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway through and adding more chicken stock as needed, until the pasta is cooked al dente.
