Three-Ingredient Spinach Dip
- Serves 300 ml (about 1¼ cups)
- Prep time 5 minutes
250 ml (1 cup) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 container (250 g) cream cheese, softened
½ package (40 g) vegetable soup mix
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with pepper. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, until evenly mixed.
