Three-Ingredient Spinach Dip

  • Serves 300 ml (about 1¼ cups)
  • Prep time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • épinards parés et émincés
    250 ml (1 cup) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • Fromage à la crème
    1 container (250 g) cream cheese, softened
  • Mélange de légumes frais pour soupe
    ½ package (40 g) vegetable soup mix

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with pepper. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, until evenly mixed.
