Pork Stir-Fry with Brussels Sprouts and Apples

  • Filet de porc
    450 g (1 lb.) pork tenderloin, chopped
  • Choux de Bruxelles
    500 ml (2 cups) Brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • Pomme
    2 apples, diced
  • Vinaigre de cidre
    30 ml (2 tbsp) cider vinegar
  • Miel
    15 ml (1 tbsp) honey

Also needed

  • 10 ml (2 tsp) garlic, minced


  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) chives, chopped


  1. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat. Cook the pork for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the Brussels sprouts, apples and garlic. Continue cooking for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the cider vinegar, honey, and chives, if desired. Bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
