Ingredients

  • Gnocchis
  • Champignons assortis
  • Crème de cuisson nature
  • Bouillon de poulet
  • Bébés épinards

Also needed

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
  • 1 onion, chopped

Optional

  • 5 ml (1 tsp) garlic, minced
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) parmesan, grated

Preparation

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packaging in a pot of boiling, salted water.
  2. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat. Cook the mushrooms with the onion and the garlic, if desired for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the cooking cream and the chicken stock. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the spinach and gnocchi. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle each portion with parmesan before serving, if desired.
