12 medium-size shrimp (size: 31/40), raw and deveined
2 cooked Italian sausages, cut into 12 slices
15 ml (1 tbsp) El-Ma-Mia Seasoning for Fish and Seafood
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Assemble the 12 kebabs by skewering a piece of sausage and shrimp on each one.
- In a pan, warm some olive oil over medium heat. Cook the kebabs for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
