Ingredients

  • Vin blanc
    80 ml (1/3 cup) white wine
  • Sauce Alfredo
    375 ml (1 1/2 cups) alfredo sauce
  • Mélange de fruits de mer surgelés
    1 bag (340 g) frozen shrimp and scallops
  • Pâte à pizza
    2 balls pizza dough, 255 g each
  • Mozzarella râpée
    250 ml (1 cup) mozzarella, shredded

Optional

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) basil, chopped

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 205°C (400°F).
  2. In a pot, bring the white wine to a boil. Let simmer over medium heat until the liquid has reduced by half.
  3. Add the Alfredo sauce and the shrimp and scallops to the pot. Let simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Stretch out each of the balls of dough on a lightly floured surface into a 25 cm x 18 cm (10 in x 7 in) rectangle.
  5. Top the dough with the seafood preparation, and then sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Garnish with basil before serving, if desired.
