Maple Balsamic Salmon Fillets
- Serves 4
- Prep time 15 minutes
- Cook time 12 minutes
Also needed
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 205ºC (400ºF).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the fillets with 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes.
- Heat the rest of the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Cook the shallots for 1 minute.
- Pour in the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and vinaigrette. Bring to a boil. Top the fillets with the sauce.
