Maple Balsamic Salmon Fillets

Maple Balsamic Salmon Fillets

  • Filet de saumon
  • échalotes françaises hachées
  • Vinaigre balsamique
  • Sirop d'érable
  • Vinaigrette tomates séchées et ail rôti

Also needed

  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil


  1. Preheat the oven to 205ºC (400ºF).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the fillets with 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 12 minutes.
  3. Heat the rest of the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Cook the shallots for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and vinaigrette. Bring to a boil. Top the fillets with the sauce.
