  • 2 fresh, very leafy, basil sprigs
  • 3/4 oz of lime juice
  • 1/2 oz of orgeat syrup
  • 3 oz of St. Regis non-alcoholic Chardonnay


  1. In a shaker, add white wine, all the ingredients except the basil, and shake vigorously
  2. Strain the mix into a stemless wine glass
  3. Add ice
  4. Garnish with a bouquet of basil leaves
