Salsa Beef Pasta

Ingredients

  • Mélange d'épices sauce à la viande Expressto!
    1 pouch (30 g) El-Ma-Mia Expressto! meat seasoning
  • Salsa douce
    375 ml (1 1/2 cup) mild salsa
  • Rotelles
    1 liter (4 cups) rotelle pasta
  • Boeuf haché
    450 g (1 lb) lean ground beef
  • Poivron vert
    1 green bell pepper, diced

Also needed

  • 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) Olive oil

Preparation

  1. In a pot, cook the pasta al dente in boiling salted water. Drain.
  2. Use the same pot to heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the beef and the onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the seasoning, the salsa and the bell pepper.
  4. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add the pasta.
