Ham and Cheese Rolls

Ham and Cheese Rolls

Ingredients

  • Jambon fumé Forêt Noire Olymel sans nitrite
    12 slices Olymel nitrite-free Black Forest smoked ham
  • Cheddar
    6 slices of orange cheddar, cut in half
  • Pomme
    1 apple, cut into 6 wedges
  • Fromage suisse
    6 slices of swiss cheese, cut in half
  • Avocat
    1/2 of an avocado Cut into 6 slices

Optional

  • 12 pretzel sticks

Steps

  1. Place the cheddar and apple wedges on half of the ham slices. Roll them up. Use a pretzel stick to hold rolls together if desired.
  2. Place the Swiss cheese and avocado slices on the rest of the ham slices. Roll them up. Use a pretzel stick to hold rolls together if desired.
  3. Cut each ham roll in half and divide the rolls into four airtight containers. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
